ARTWORK
Teeopia.com will make every effort to produce the highest quality prints and products. However, your final product can only be as good as the artwork submitted. Please see our artwork guidelines for more information.

ORDERS
All customers are sent a custom design quote and required to pay a 50% deposit before their order is placed. Revisions to proofs, late approvals, or late payments will delay your order. Once the proof is approved, teeopia.com and its affiliates will not be held responsible for ANY spelling / grammatical errors or for any further revisions to the order. Cancellation before your proof is approved will be subject to additional fees. No cancellations will be accepted once an order has been printed.

TURNAROUND
Normal turnaround time is 7-10 business days + shipping. This time is only an estimate, not guaranteed, and starts when we have all your order information and received your payment. Any circumstances beyond our control (e.g. inclement weather, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may delay your order. Rush fees apply to orders outside of normal turnaround times.

RETURNS
All merchandise must be returned in original, undamaged condition. If you do receive an item with defects, please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will credit you for that item. All credits will be issued via PayPal. Teeopia.com reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our criteria. If we deem it unacceptable, it will be returned at your expense. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

How many colors can I use?
With our DTG (Direct to Garment) printing method we can print full color photorealistic designs.

If I have an idea for a t-shirt, can you design it?
Yes, that is what we specialize in. All t-shirts are custom designed by real live human beings. It may be old fashioned, but it's the only way to do it right!

Do you have artwork that I can choose from?
Yes, just choose from our artwork and include the reference number in the project details section when filling out our order form.

Do you keep t-shirts in stock?
No. All of all orders are 100% custom. If you would like to order a sample please see our product catalog.

What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Please call (815) 450-9050 if you would like to place a rush order.

Can you print on other items besides t-shirts?
Yes, we can print your design on a wide range of promotional items.
